Position Overview:
As Office Administrator, you'll contribute to operational excellence within our supportive team, playing a crucial role in supporting our Country Manager and Finance Manager in various organisational and administrative tasks, offering room for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Country Manager and Finance Manager with organisational tasks and administrative duties.
- Handle logistics and administrative aspects related to event organization.
- Assist with human resources tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transfers.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Draft and send out communications on behalf of the Management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HR Experience with knowledge of Australian fair work rules and laws is essential.
- Need to be a Permanent Resident or an Australian Citizen with full working rights in Australia.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
