This Richmond based Accounting and Advisory firm has need for expertise with Administration and Client Services. An established and experienced Administrator who understands both the process of what needs to be done to achieve expected outcomes for clients and the quality expected with each transaction.
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and ASIC
- Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries
- Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO
- Maintain and update software systems with client information
- Preparing and lodging ASIC forms
- Collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Preparing letters associated with these
- Coordinate the workflow and actively monitor compliance deadlines for clients ensuring lodgements and payments are made on time
- Ensure client review meetings are scheduled and complete
