Working with a supportive team in our Melbourne office, you will act as a trusted adviser for all operational matters and provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team. Your key responsibilities include: Responsible for efficiently managing office operations and providing support to a team of project managers. Managing and actively monitoring administrative tasks, including ordering stationery, PPE, groceries, and branded merchandise/equipment.
Manage third-party suppliers to ensure a clean and tidy office space. Actively supporting staff and client events. Collaborating and communicating with all key stakeholders, clients and suppliers providing effective and professional customer service.
Maintaining meeting rooms, kitchen, and reception areas, while ensuring adequate inventory of office supplies and amenities (office maintenance, stationery, kitchen/catering). A bit about you You are looking for a part-time role.
You’re an experienced and successful professional with experience in an admin/operational role. Client focused and a real team player, you’re committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You have a good aptitude for software, systems and technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
