The Opportunity
We are seeking a HR professional who is ready for their next challenge to join our Human Resources Leadership Team. In this role you will be actively contributing to the capability uplift and growth of our people across the business which will require you to take a hands-on approach owning the end-to-end development and coordination of new and existing programs.
The environment will require you to work with pragmatism and a sense of urgency, but equally offers you the opportunity to curate solutions with a long-term focus. This position reports into the Human Resources Director and is supported by a Learning and Development Coordinator and Organisational Development Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the leadership development framework
- Develop and deploy practical learning and development initiatives
- Oversee compliance of mandatory training and certification requirements
- Deliver and support organisational culture survey projects, including internal communications, planning, debriefing and action planning initiatives.
- Contribute to the annual OD Strategy
- Manage PACCAR’s Performance Management and Learning Management System, Success Factors.
- Ownership of annual performance management activities
- Annual Talent & Succession Management
- Culture and employee engagement - deliver and support organisational culture activities, including internal communications, planning, debriefing and action planning initiatives.
- Remuneration and benefits –undertake annual remuneration and market review processes and is responsible for developing and managing the benefits program
- Contributing to the preparation of reports for the Executive Operating Committee
About You
- Executed key OD initiatives such as engagement surveys, succession management and capability design
- A passion for training and development
- Demonstrated experience dealing with a variety of stakeholders
- A trusted advisor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under tight and competing deadlines
- Accreditation in leadership/behavioural tools preferred but not essential
- Exposure to remuneration and benefits topics
- Somebody who can be onsite as collaboration is important to us – this will be based in our office in Bayswater
