Alchemy is delighted to be partnering with a coal mining client in search for a Project Admin based in Blackwater. This is 3-month contract (DIDO).
About the role
- Collaborating with Project Managers, site teams, and clients to fulfil resourcing needs effectively.
- Managing the mobilization and demobilization of projects promptly, ensuring deadlines are adhered to.
- Maintaining frequent communication with site staff, clients, and internal management for seamless operations.
- Arranging flights, accommodations, and vehicle rentals.
- Maintaining and updating the site works tracking schedule regularly, aligning with rosters and resource schedules.
- Gathering and submitting work crews' timesheets to payroll for weekly processing.
- Coordinating with the HSE team to ensure safety compliance, including booking and facilitating medical requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- CBM and S11
- You will have the ability to manipulate large amounts of data and create reporting for stakeholders.
- Experience in a similar role in the resource industry.
- Utilize problem-solving abilities to complete tasks on schedule and overcome obstacles.
