Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Project manager to join our customer-centric and dynamic Services team based in Sydney. This role is responsible for helping to ensure the successful Dynatrace deployment, adoption of Dynatrace customers and value realised by Dynatrace customers. You will work directly with our client teams’ as well as Dynatrace Services Consultants and Architects, Dynatrace One, Product Management, and Dynatrace sales teams.
The successful candidates will be highly organized with relevant project management experience, great communicator as well as solid technical competence. The ability to bridge discussions between business and IT team members is critical to this role’s success.
Required Experience:
- Provides Project Management support for routine projects and can drive projects themselves within a functional, operational, or technical area.
- Works with cross-functional project team members to define, sequence and estimate activities and duration.
- Synthesizes diverse sets of information into plans and schedules.
- Estimates resources, costs, and other budget needs.
- Supports and facilitates all phases of project execution.
- Facilitates face-to-face and virtual communication and project feedback, from the initial kickoff meeting through milestone reporting and close out.
- Ensures effective cross-functional participation.
- Monitors metrics and reports on progress, issues and status.
- Ensures consistency and adherence to company standards, processes and policies.
- 2-3 years of project management experience.
- Ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of Dynatrace technology, Services offerings, and Enterprise software deployments in discussion with clients.
- Project Management training, experience, and certification.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
