As we continue to expand, We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support to various departments, and handling payroll tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Manage employee timekeeping and attendance records
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in payroll processing and related software (Xero)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
