The Role
In this important role, the successful applicant will act as an information resource and ambassador to patients, the general public, practitioners and staff.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Diary and practice software management
- Billing and accounts
- Healthpoint and EFT processing
- Handling phone enquiries
- Cleaning and tidying duties and
- Assisting the Physiotherapists in the clinic
- Have a personal, welcoming and helpful involvement with our clients, and respect for privacy and confidentiality.
Hours
This position involves at least 2 to 3 shifts, 10-20 hours per week and includes some Saturday mornings. You must be available for both early morning shifts 7.30am to approx. 2pm, and evening shifts 1.30pm - 8.00pm. The successful applicant must also be willing to cover annual leave and sick leave as required.

- Medical reception and/or customer service experience will be advantageous.
