We are looking for a high-spirited and professional individual to manage the Reception responsibilities at our Alexandria office. This role is 2 days per week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8:30-5:00pm.
We will ensure plenty of on-the-job training is provided to ensure appropriate certifications and authorisations are obtained and you will have plenty of support from our helpful, friendly team.
Our ideal candidate will have administration and/or reception experience from within the Supply Chain or Shipping industry however, this is preferred but not essential. What is essential is a a bright and happy disposition, a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude!
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of all incoming phone calls for the Seaway Group
- First point of contact to visitors to site
- Stationery and kitchen supplies orders
- Arranging boardroom for meetings
- Management and certification of AACCI documents and registry (training provided)
- Front counter documentation management and administration
- Management of courier collections mail register
- Uniform orders for new staff
- Strong organisation and administrative skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
