- $30 p/h + super
The main functions of this role will include:
- Front of house reception duties, supporting the HR / Recruitment department
- Manage a busy switchboard, taking messages and redirecting calls regarding recruitment inquiries.
- Liaise with internal departments to provide candidate updates.
- Actioning the email inbox, responding to general queries, and redirecting emails.
- Maintain and manage the internal database.
- Welcome all visitors.
- Support with pre-employment verification checks, reference checks and ticket verifications.
- Other recruitment-based support.
- Availability to commence immediately.
- Strong phone presence and a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
