Receptionist / Administration Assistant

• Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)
• $30 p/h + super  

Our client is a leading Mechanical Contractor with multiple long-term contracts with major operators is seeking a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join their team and support their HR and Recruitment teams. The office is based in Henderson with state-of-the-art facilities!

The main functions of this role will include:

• Front of house reception duties, supporting the HR / Recruitment department
• Manage a busy switchboard, taking messages and redirecting calls regarding recruitment inquiries.
• Liaise with internal departments to provide candidate updates.
• Actioning the email inbox, responding to general queries, and redirecting emails.
• Maintain and manage the internal database.
• Welcome all visitors.
• Support with pre-employment verification checks, reference checks and ticket verifications.
• Other recruitment-based support.

You will require the following:

• Availability to commence immediately.
• Strong phone presence and a professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
