In this role you will:
* You will provide on-site reception services, during core hours 8:50am to 5:15pm (given this is a reception role, we require the successful candidate onsite during these hours).
* Support the Finance & Business Services team to deliver financial services to the commission.
* other office related duties for the commission.
Position details
The position is responsible for:
* The Receptionist and Office Coordinator delivers high quality telephone (averaging 12 calls per working day) and reception (no public counter) service to the commission's visitors and all members of the community.
* The role also provides business services and finance administrative (accounts receivable and purchase order) support under the supervision of the Office Manager.
* Support the commission with meeting room setup, along with greeting external visitors, and administering the onboarding and offboarding of personnel (including visitors) in the security access system.
