Receptionist Job Description
ME Business Solutions is a company dedicated to providing top-notch document solutions to businesses Australia. We're looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team and create a positive first impression for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Screen and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
- Answer visitor questions and provide general information about the company.
- Schedule and maintain installations and service jobs for technicians.
- Process customer orders for equipment, rentals, and supplies.
- Pack and send consumable orders.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our database.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience (or transferable experience in customer service)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional and positive attitude
- Familiarity with photocopiers and related equipment (a plus)
