Receptionist Job Description

ME Business Solutions is a company dedicated to providing top-notch document solutions to businesses Australia. We're looking for a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team and create a positive first impression for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Screen and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
• Answer visitor questions and provide general information about the company.
• Schedule and maintain installations and service jobs for technicians.
• Process customer orders for equipment, rentals, and supplies.
• Pack and send consumable orders.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our database.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of receptionist experience (or transferable experience in customer service)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional and positive attitude
• Familiarity with photocopiers and related equipment (a plus)
