We are seeking a happy, motivated, customer focused individual to become a member of our dynamic team and take on the important role of Receptionist.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Promptly answer every phone call with a friendly and mature demeanour
- Meet and greet – making clients feel welcome and be the face of our company on front reception
- Arrange meeting rooms for appointments
- Sort mail and receipt courier deliveries
- General office administration including data entry
- Supporting sales administration as required
- Assistance with company events and functions
- Provide PA duties to the Managing Director
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Experience not essential, we will provide extensive training to the right candidate
- Exceptional phone manner and email etiquette
- Ability to manage appointments and bookings – diarising with calendars
- Strong communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Professional attire and presentation
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and documentation
