How You Can Make an Impact:
As the sales and Account Lead for NORTEC in your region (Northern Rivers NSW- Mid North Coast NSW) you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business by identifying and capitalising on opportunities for both new and existing clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop strong client relationships, understand client business workforce needs, and strategically position NORTEC as their preferred workforce solution provider.
You will have the opportunity to join an enthusiastic recruitment team, and work in collaboration with NORTEC, a charity-based, for-purpose organisation, to deliver services to our community that support and promote social engagement and economic growth.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
- Solution Selling: Develop tailored solutions that align with client business needs and demonstrate NORTEC's capabilities to provide maximum value to clients.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that clearly articulate NORTEC's value proposition and differentiate from competitors.
- Market Research: Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, and use such to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain and enhance strong relationships with existing clients whilst proactively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and recruitment, to ensure seamless delivery of services that exceed client expectations.
- Targets and Reporting: Achieve sales targets, with regular reporting of progress to management, and via CRM and tracking systems. Utilise data and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- A proven track record in Business Development, preferably within the recruitment industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivation, with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Computer literacy, including Office Suite and CRM systems
- Knowledge of workforce solutions and labour hire practices
- A Valid Opens drivers license
