Among our many services are 13 residential care centres spread across Perth Metro, staffed by people who enjoy helping our residents to live an enriched and meaningful life.Our approach is to focus on the individual, understanding that the people we serve have enjoyed long and rich lives, and that they each have their own unique needs and preferences.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking applications from experienced Registered Nurse for a Permanent Part-Time position offering 34.50 HRS Per fortnight at our Moline House in Karrinyup.The successful candidate must be able to commit to the below shifts and ideally have the flexibility to pick up additional hours as requiredWeek One:Wednesday 2200-0715Thursday 2200-0715Week Two:Wednesday 2200-0715Thursday 2200-0715Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered.Essential Criteria:

• Registration with APHRA for minimum 3 years
• Valid Police Clearance no older than 6 months (or ability to obtain at interview stage)
• NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
• Evidence of Flu (2024) and Covid Vaccinations (including Booster if eligible)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and reference checks
• Willingness to attend a paid 1-day (Monday) induction at our Rivervale Training Institute
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
• Previous experience documenting in aged care.
• Previous experience providing training to care staff
• Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Understanding of legislation impacting on nursing practise
• Successful completion of pre medical form and reference checks

Key responsibilities:

• Registered with the Nurses' Board of WA as a General Nurse
• Experience working within Aged Care
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Knowledge of the resident classification scale, accreditation and continuous improvement
• Well-developed computer skills
• Valid Police Clearance no older than 6 months (or ability to obtain at interview stage)
• NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage)
• Evidence of Flu (2024) and Covid Vaccinations (including Booster if eligible)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
• Willingness to attend a paid 2-day (Monday & Tuesday) induction at our Rivervale Training Institute
