Residential Administration Officer
Permanent Full Time
(76 hours per fortnight)
About the role
As the Residential Administration Officer you will undertake administrative support activities to ensure effective and efficient operations within our aged care community. Through this role you will provide reception services, maintain stock level, undertake filing and assist with paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a professional, front of house contact;
Provide a high standard of administrative support;
Establish and maintain office systems;
Assist with and coordinate activities pertaining to the Admission and Discharge processes
Actively participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of workplace quality improvement.
Skills and Experience
Experience in a similar administrative support role;
Experience providing effective, efficient and confidential administrative support;
The ability to effectively manage time, resources and workload;
Highly developed word processing and keyboard skills; and
The ability to communicate, in a clear, effective and engaging manner.
