About the Group Resourcing Team
Our Team supports our Recruiting Teams to deliver the best people to our projects. Our range of service offerings include:
- Supporting and updating recruitment policy and processes
- Managing a range of recruitment support systems such as PageUp, LinkedIn Recruiter, external job boards, XRef and Government support sites
- Training offerings to continuously improve the CPB Resourcing function
- Managing the widest range of governance and compliance
- Support for business processes such as talent management, migration and mobility
- Resourcing support and advice to CPB's executive leadership
As the Resourcing Coordinator, you will take ownership of recruitment and talent administration processes using the LEAN Drumbeat approach to manage work to a schedule. There will also be plenty of room to continuously improve everything we touch, challenge ourselves and every member of the recruitment team across our offices in Australia and NZ. Your customer-centric, professional approach will help us to always offer the most efficient internal, external and mobility services possible.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide under-pinning support across all internal and external talent and mobility activities
- Take responsibility for risk assurance by monitoring and reporting on all governance and compliance controls
- Manage commercial aspects across the full spectrum of supplier and back charge arrangements
- Create and maintain first class working relationships with a range of internal and external stake holders and peers to achieve optimum business outcomes
- Provide first point of contact systems support while relying on escalation support for technical matters
- Deliver, secure and continuously improve our stored data for efficient user access
- Provide all necessary administration support to Group Resourcing Team members
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following;
- Sound experience in a broad administrative role preferably in an in-house or large agency Resourcing/Recruitment environment
- Sound communication and software literacy skills in Microsoft Office and any large scale, modern web-based database system noting that training and coaching is available for our dedicated systems
- Diligence, attention to detail and risk assurance, an eye to continuous improvement and maintenance of high standards. Your integrity and ethics will be first class and you will value teamwork at all times.
