Creating an Impact: As a Sales Manager within the Life Sciences division, you will lead a team responsible for selling and supporting mass spectrometry products and services across ANZ.

You will drive sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and ensure market penetration and profitability.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys strategic planning, analyzing business reports, and leading a high-performing team.

Success Strategies:

• Guide the strategic trajectory for the ANZ region.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve sales targets and foster business growth. Nurture and sustain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Forge strategic alliances with pivotal customers.
• Stay abreast of competitor and industry developments to shape business strategies.
• Launch innovative products and services. Steer product and marketing strategies in collaboration with global and regional counterparts.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, preferably Life Sciences (proteomics).

Experience:

• 8 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in proteomics or analytical science.
• Strong sales management experience and leadership abilities.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Excellent business skills.
• Advanced selling and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
