Rate: $1000-1100 per day, including super
Duration: 6 months initially with the view to extend

Our client is an established Australian retail organisation working on a SAP implementation.
Role:
As the SAP Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
The SAP Project Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP projects within an organization. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP solutions, project management methodologies, and excellent leadership skills to ensure the efficient implementation of SAP systems that align with business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation programs, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and align SAP solutions with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
- Provide strategic guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and multi-layered teams on SAP Projects
- Solution leadership and delivery responsibility for assigned projects
- Supporting teams with project delivery scope definition and estimates
- Day to day management of resources for assigned projects
- Delivery and/or solution responsibility for any additionally allocated projects
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager, leading successful SAP implementation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and technologies.
- Outstanding leadership and organisational skills
- Proven strong delivery focus, results oriented and customer service mindset
- Ability to influence, collaborate, motivate and work with multiple stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
- Highly self-motivated and directed. Motivating teams and driving accountability through your enthusiasm and sense of urgency building a 'one team' culture
- Growth mindset and a committed approach to getting things done in a safe and pragmatic way
- Ability to see the 'big picture' behind initiatives and pivot to achieve broader team and organisational objectives
