Service Coordinator

We are looking for a talented Service Coordinator to join our existing team in Mulgrave, Australia. 

The job:

We are looking for a savvy Service Coordinator to take on a challenging job in a global and innovative company. You will be given the opportunity to work with highly advanced, market leading analytical solutions in a strong cross-functional and multi-cultural environment.  Any former Service background would be advantageous.

Reporting to the Service Director based in the Mulgrave office, you will be working in a team of specialists, providing service to our customers within food analysis industry.

Task requirements:

• Working with the support team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Planning & scheduling of service activities.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Respond to e-mails. 
• Assist with the planning operations support staff. 
• Create and issue quotations as necessary.
• Create, assign, schedule, and update different types of service orders/ service requests using the SAP based CRM/Salesforce system (training will be provided)
• Monitor and assign Backlog Tasks and Tech Note tasks to engineers.
• Flexibility in working hours to suit our diverse timezones
• Manage workflow to best manage KPI target achievement.
• Adept cat herding skills are highly regarded.

We are the local office for New Zealand and Australia representing a Danish manufacturer. From the head office in Victoria, we support thousands of machines across the food supply industry in New Zealand and Australia with team members is most states around Australia.
