About the Role
Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Service Marketing Manager to join our award-winning team at any of our major branches across QLD. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.
As a Service Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and Manage the market offerings for Service that drive revenue growth whilst achieving key business financial performance metrics including profit, cashflow and balance sheet impact.
- Manage the Dealer exchange portfolio to balance revenue growth against dealer capacity and inventory turns
- Support the IBP process for components through understanding customer demand and establishing primary and secondary market offerings to meet demand irrespective of dealership capacity constraint
- Work with Caterpillar to ensure Cat Reman offering and inventory is adequate to meet the local needs of our customers and industries
- Develop and manage the rebuild and repair offerings from component to complete machine to ensure market offering and turn around times position Hastings Deering as the primary rebuilder in territory.
- Develop and Manage the strategy and execution of the central quoting team to ensure we can quote accurately in a timely manner that is executable by the business on acceptance
- Develop and manage the quoting tools / systems to provide the customer facing teams, central quoting teams, and service teams to provide prompt and accurate quotes.
- Develop and manage the reporting suite to accurately track related KPI's for Caterpillar, Hastings Deering and Sime Darby Industrial.
- Assist with tactical marketing strategy and planning through Customer Needs Analysis to deliver customer plans and value propositions
- Provide market / customer / competitor analysis and interpretation through intensive and ongoing market research
- Assist in the development of pricing strategies for the area
- Establish and manage the service budgets for annual budget and periodic reforecasts
- Lead and collaborate with Caterpillar on the strategic initiatives that deliver best practice dealer service excellence across the enterprise

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
- Relevant level of experience in a sales/marketing management role
- Previous experience leading a high performing team
- Experience building and managing business/section development models, including interpretation and execution
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication skills
- Trade or tertiary qualified is desirable
