The organisation I am representing is one of the market leaders in the healthcare software space. Headquartered out of Boston, they have over 1000 employees globally and is recognised by industry experts such as Gartner as a challenger in their space. Their solutions are widely used by some of the largest healthcare providers across the globe and genuinely have an impact in the healthcare system. Due to an internal promotion, they are now requiring a Technical Services Specialist to join their team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Providing day to day technical support to all levels of staff
- Utilise the incident management systems to log and update technical support
- Engage with staff outside the APAC region to provide a single support system worldwide
- Maintain confidential and secure files and proactively improve technical security
- Working autonomously and identifying key development or training needs
- Conduct informal training where required to external support staff
- Previous experience (1+ year's) in a similar role essential - Helpdesk, desktop support, system administration.
- Level 1/Level 2 desktop support and window service experience highly desirable
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics or similar field.
- Experience working in a hospital environment highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
- Willingness and ability to travel to other offices within region.
- Up to $90k base + super
