An exciting opportunity has become available for a well-organised Training Coordinator/Scheduler to join our friendly team based in Mulgrave, VIC. We are looking for a bright and experienced person who can consistently deliver excellent service and go above and beyond.

Reporting to the National Customer Service Manager, you will be managing enrolments, bookings, and coordinating training courses for our clients across the country, providing outstanding customer service in all areas and supporting our teams within the safety training industry.
We have a strong focus on customer service. This position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating training services locally and nationally to provide support to our clients and team members. You will be undertaking administrative activities and assist with the sales process.
In this role, you are empowered to proactively support clients end to end, ensuring our customers have a positive experience in their time of need. Working in a fast-paced environment, every day will be different, working with a diverse range of people.
Your primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Organising training courses across Australia and liaising with clients, our sales team and our trainers
- Assist clients by providing support and advice
- Coordinating and managing travel for trainers
- Entering data into the Student Management System and administer course requirements to ensure the RTO is compliant (accurately and fast is essential)
- Answering calls throughout the day and responding to emails promptly
- Organising and overseeing training resources, personnel, venues and equipment
- Assisting management with urgent requirements
- Printing and collating of documentation
- General housekeeping and greeting clients
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills - ability to interact with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
- A minimum of two years of administration experience, ideally within an RTO
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Experience using student management systems
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
- Time management and strong organisational skills - the ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure
- Understand and commit to compliance requirements
- Reliable and the ability to work well within a team and independently
- Demonstrated computer software skills – Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
