The RoleThis newly created role, reporting to the Head of Sales Growth, will be a valued addition to the team, supporting the business in driving awareness of its Business Coaching Services, and moving clients through the sales funnel to a successful sales close. The business is exceptionally proud of its onboarding process that will ensure a thorough understanding of the sales process to maximise sales outcomes.Day to Day this role will include:Reviewing the client base, of which there is a significant number of cold to warm leads, via the CRM and identifying key clients to approachFollowing an established and successful sales process, which is a combination of new business calls and account management, providing clients with the features and benefits of the Service, via phone and Zoom video callsPartner with the Head of Sales, the Business Coaches and as needed, other stakeholders in the business to deliver attendance at education events, a key stage in the process that is integral to sales outcomesLiaise and partner with industry associations to maximise reach to target clients and driving a streamlined sales process, from your initial introductory call to closeManaging your time to effectively execute a combination of Cold calling/ new business calls and account management to drive attendance to events.Provide continuous account management to onboarded clients, to ensure customer satisfaction and Service renewalsKey responsibilities include:Build 'trusted-advisor' relationships with the key client target - (Trades and Construction currently with significant opportunity to expand into new industries)Identify and execute strategic approaches to grow the client base in Australia and New Zealand, through new business and account management calls, both directly to industry bodies, associations, and their end users.Cultivate and execute a strategic pipeline through regular call cycles, mainly via phone/Zoom and with occasional in-field callsBring a hands-on approach and actively participate in events to ensure successful sales closures.Bring a versatile communication style, with the ability to talk to both industry-body stakeholders and the small business owner/end-user.Proactively meet and exceed client expectations, driving referrals within an industry where there is significant referral opportunities. Your ProfileThis is an exciting role for someone who is in the early stages of their sales career; bringing a minimum of 3+ years of account management & Business Development experience.
