Account Manager - Consumer Electronics

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to work within our Marketplace team to foster relationships with our third-party retailers and help to grow sales in the Consumer Electronics category. You will be responsible for building on and executing a strategic plan that will deliver key business opportunities for the sellers and Catch.

What does a normal day in the life of an Account Manager look like?

Well… no two days at Catch are alike, You could probably also expect your typical day to include some of the following things:

• Analyse traffic and sales data to provide feedback to sellers in order to succeed on the marketplace
• Work with Category Managers and BDMs to manage and support the seller relationship
• Use data and analytics to advise and coach seller on best practice
• Report to executive leadership
• Liaise with Customer Support, Sales and Merchandising teams to assist seller operations

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in a retail and/or eCommerce business in either operations, account management or customer service role
• Experience working to sales targets
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated drive to set and achieve aggressive growth targets
• Strong quantitative analytical skills (including database analysis and Excel skills)
• A passion for delivering outstanding value to customers
• The ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts
