Due to continued company growth, and customer acquisitions, we are now actively seeking to appoint a dynamic experienced Sales professional, to join the Vic team. 

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be. 

• Growing market share, revenue, sales orders, and customer base  
• Developing new business sales opportunities and account management 
• Identifying sales opportunities 
• Support customers with technical and basic roofing/panel, cladding & flashings information) when needed in branch. 
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers.
• Ensure fastest possible response for customer quotations to increase sales and ensure performance targets are exceeded.
• Liaise with our international teams and respond to emails and escalations promptly.
• Provide outstanding world-class customer experience.
• Sales activity reporting 
• This role is likely to be 60% new business, 40% client retention. 

About you: 

You will be a dynamic, enthusiastic sales professional, who thrives in a fast-paced customer centric environment. 

• Strong sales track record within either, Sheetmetal manufacturing, roofing, plumbing or construction in an external sales capacity is required. 
• Capacity to build positive working relationships. 
• Exceptional Customer relationship Skills
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Capable of working well under pressure 
• Sales & Customer focused. 
• Passion for our industry and ensuring our customers satisfaction.
