Our client is a well regarded Non For Profit organisation based in Melbourne CBD within the events industry.
This is a part time role (4 days per week) with hybrid working available.
Responsibilities:
- Month-end, balance Sheet Accounts & P&L, including accruals and expenses, prepayments, provisions, reconciliations, reallocations.
- Variance analysis
- Processing payroll for c20 staff
- Managing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Cashflow, annual budget and monthly forecasts.
- Assist with the annual audits
- Supporting annual financial statement preparation.
- Reporting on Budget vs Actual using Xero.
- Financial projections and reporting.
Requirements
- 4 years experience within a similar role
- Xero experience - essential
