We have an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful business based at Richlands. If you are looking for a great role that is close to home, has plenty of variety and want to join a down to earth team who will appreciate the great work you do, then you will love this role!
This role is perfect for someone who loves a mix of customer service and administration in a fast-paced environment! The ideal candidate will describe themselves as a true people person – you love building rapport and helping people. At the same time, you pride yourself on your attention to detail and enjoy administrative tasks.
To add variety to your role, twice a year you will have the opportunity to attend a Trade Show based in Melbourne. You will be away for around 4-6 days where your flights, accommodation and food will all be paid for!
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Process customer orders and new account applications
- Liaise with customer in relation to their orders, or special offers that are available
- Problem solve in relation to orders/deliveries for customers
- Provide customers with product information or answer general questions
- Log all customer interactions within database including scheduling future contact points with customers
- Invoicing
- Attend interstate trade fairs twice a year (Melbourne based) – assist with set up and running at the show
- Assist with research of new and prospective customers
- Ad hoc admin duties

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- A bright and bubbly people person – you love building a rapport with customers
- Friendly team player attitude
- Proven experience in administration and customer service
- General skills using MSOffice and ability to pick up other software
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Able to travel to Melbourne twice a year for the Trade Show (will include over the weekend)
