Job Purpose & Scope
As an Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to various departments and executives within the Head Office. Your role is integral to the smooth functioning of operations, involving tasks ranging from coordinating travel arrangements and managing office supplies to assisting with social media management and organising meetings. By executing your duties with professionalism, efficiency, and discretion, you contribute to the overall effectiveness and success of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments and executives within Head Office.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in organising meetings, events, and conferences
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to support our projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
