Key responsibilities:
- Reception-based role - meeting and greeting visitors as well as directing visitors and clients;
- Maintaining our exceptional standard of order and cleanliness for the office;
- Managing meeting room bookings, company car bookings, travel and flight bookings (scheduling appointments using Microsoft Outlook);
- Maintaining stock levels of all office supplies including stationery and staff/client amenities;
- General administration support (printing and binding documents, proof-reading, scanning and/or filing documents, and Ad hoc tasks as required by Management
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1-year reception experience, 1-year Admin experience and Microsoft Office knowledge;
- Outstanding phone etiquette and a high level of communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Polished and professional to suit the corporate environment;
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, as well as intuition and problem-solving skills;
- Proven organisational and administrative skills, including meeting deadlines and prioritise workloads in a professional environment;
- Self-motivated and driven to take the initiative;
