Administration Assistant
Cavbus Group provides bus and coach services to schools and local organisations. We are a family owned business. This is a full-time permanent position and is located in Logan Village.
About the role
In this role you will be assisting the General Manager and other personnel in providing administration support and ensuring that all tasks are completed
You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of bookings, overseeing end-to -end processes such as receiving and entering client job bookings and providing operational support. Training will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Efficiently managing incoming job bookings by accurately entering client details into the system and ensuring completeness.
- Conducting daily follow-up calls to address inquiries and concerns, maintaining positive communication with clients
- Coordinate and manage day to day operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently

- Data entry skills are essential to maintain the highest level of accuracy, process online quotes and bookings
- Sound administrative skills and computer literacy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Ability to be proactive and solution-driven with tasks
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities
