We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team.
About the position:
- Based at our offices on Coronation Drive in Brisbane
- This is a full-time role
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as printing, scanning, and electronic filing
- Assist existing team with managing incoming office phone calls and general inquiries
- Develop documentation for project handover such as Handover manuals and maintenance schedules
- Organise catering and ensure the board room is maintained and meetings supported
- Other administration tasks as they arise
- Assist with maintaining registers in Excel.
The key skills/attributes required for this role are:
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Previous experience in the construction or property industry is desirable but not essential
- Ability to use initiative and be proactive
- Good attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft suite particularly Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
- Good email etiquette
