The Role:
Our Brisbane office is currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join on a full-time basis. This will be a varied and dynamic position, supporting multiple teams. Underwood location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer administrative support to teams as needed.
- Ensure the seamless operation of our office, including billing processes.
- Support implementation teams with stakeholder and system updates.
- Handle phone calls, direct inquiries, and manage emails promptly.
- Maintain organized paperwork and records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings to facilitate efficient workflow.
About You:
- Previous experience in administration or customer service (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
