YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE
Ongoing, Part-Time Role
Medical Oncology Department is seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. In this role you will be required to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Oncology Manager and to departmental medical staff. This includes assisting the department for the construction, maintenance and management of various departmental records, databases, medical staff rosters and leave planners;
Key responsibilities include:
• Provide individual medical staff administration support - arrange meetings, travel and reimbursements
• Assistance to Medical Oncology Research Manager with invoice management
• Perform general office and reception duties, including invoice management, timesheet coordination, reception duties
• Maintain in-place department/service database(s) and capture essential service data as required
• Manage department mail and clinic forms as required
• Maintain department office space
• Maintain in-place departmental Publication Database
• Maintain and assist in updating departmental rosters
• Ensure department/service processes and systems are streamlined and efficient
The role is a part time ongoing role working 24 hours per week.
