Job description

At Bravehearts our mission is to provide an holistic approach to the prevention and treatment of child sexual abuse. We strive for a world where everyone works together to prevent child sexual abuse.

As our Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact within the organisation and ensure the smooth running of the Bravehearts Arundel reception. You will also assist the Office Manager and WHS Coordinator in administration support in the daily running of Bravehearts’ offices.

This is a part time position 2 days a week, Thursday and Friday 8.15am to 4.15pm.

What you will bring to Bravehearts:

  • Previous experience in administration, office coordination and reception is an advantage.
  • Excellent active listening skills to provide first line support to callers who may be exhibiting signs of distress and requiring further support from Bravehearts qualified support staff.
  • Experience using a ticketing system would be advantageous
  • Proactiveness, initiative and time management skills
