Administration Officer

Australian Plastic Profiles (Aussie Duct) / Pipe King P/L is a leading manufacturer of PVC Extrusions and Fittings for the Electrical, Plumbing and Building industries. The company has a national presence with operations in all mainland states and has experienced impressive growth over a sustained period. 

A role currently exists for a permanent part-time Administration Officer at our Carrum Downs, VIC branch. The hours are 9:30AM to  3:00PM, five days per week with a half hour lunch break. 

The successful candidate for this role will need to excel in administration duties in addition to sound customer service and be able to work well in a team environment. 

Duties of this role are varied and include: 

• Administration credit claims
• Investigating customers' claims for credit
• Following up outstanding accounts
• Some sales order processing and phone enquiries
• Liaising and working with dispatch and sales staff

About you:

A reasonable level of computer competency is required. Previous experience in using SAP software and experience in the Electrical, Plumbing or Building industries would be an advantage although not essential.
