Your new role
Airport Toyota are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their Pre Delivery team as an Automotive Registration & Administration Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle registration processes efficiently and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. In addition to the below key responsibilities:
- Process vehicle registrations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify all required documentation for vehicle registration, including titles, certificates of origin, and insurance documents.
- Coordinate with customers, insurance agents, and government agencies to obtain necessary paperwork and resolve any registration-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions and registration statuses.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing vehicle registration is a plus
- Previous Experience in Automotive Registration or a related field is Preferred
