- Facilitate CDC meetings ensuring consistency of how performance is evaluated and collaborated as required
- Lead and influence Core staff team members (including those who do not report to you) to support the logistics of CDC meeting including ensuring all relevant data is up to date and accurate (workday, case information, staffing details, case reviews etc)
- Report on and project CD advisor pipeline needs for promotions, new talent etc and ensure we are identifying potential CD Advisors
- Review calibration for all population, ensuring consistency in comments, actionable feedback, fair and corresponding to reality, sustaining calibrated grades (If needed, CD chair engagement in the discussion and advisor regarding questions related to the performance and feedback process)
- Work with CD team to ensure all aspects of talent review for CDC is completed and correct including tenure reviews, case reviews, dossier preparation etc
- Coach and educate talent on career tracks and how best to leverage all parts of our EVP from mobility through to L&D programs
- Will provide L&D feedback out of CDC to ensure we continue to innovate and develop the right unique X L&D to deliver on our talent strategy
- Act as regional POC for a functional pillar (e.g. L&D, DEI, Compensation, Insights & Reporting)
- Participation on People-related projects as needed
- Culture champion, works across region and global teams to support all employee programming designed to build culture and affiliation
- Contributes to employee experience of all CT talent including career development
- Actively works with CDA's, Global L&D, Global LOBs to ensure depth of understanding of employee population being served and works with Regional P&D team to deliver on a wide range of people experiences to drive culture, engagement and people development

- 5+ years experience in professional services environment, preferably in a people function
- Experience managing performance of individual employee base and performance processes preferred
- Some experience in managing employee relations
- Proven experience people program development and execution preferred
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Staying organized and keeping others on track
- Strong analytical skills and intermediate excel proficiency
