Business Development / Account Manager

Fortis Security is a technology-centric, electronic security integrator that designs, manages, and installs enterprise-level systems for a variety top top-tier clients across Australia. 

This role is a blend of account management, new Business Development and solution design. 

To excel in this role you should have a compelling sales personality, with a proven commercial track record in the security industry. 

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of sales, account management or Business Development experience and intimate knowledge of current and emerging security technologies.

The Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities, developing solutions and managing key accounts. 
2. Delivering innovative solutions to new and existing customers. 
3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
4. Working with cross-functional teams to achieve solution outcomes.
5. Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of market trends and product offerings.

Experience and Qualities:

1. Electronic Security, Networking and Security system design experience. 
2. Experience with Genetec, Milestone and Inner Range products. 
3. A self-starter with a proven commercial track record, selling electronic security solutions, including CCTV, Access Control and Alarm systems.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present concepts and solutions to customers.
