Join our team as a full-time Business Development Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in driving our Business Development initiatives while showcasing your exceptional administrative skills. Based in Toowoomba, this position offers a prime opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager – Business Development and the Business Development Team, encompassing a diverse range of essential support functions.
- Ensure timely processing of applications received for Aurora Training Institute to contribute to student growth and success.
- Handle routine inquiries promptly and professionally, including phone calls and emails.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients to facilitate seamless communication and maintain service standards.
- Collaborate with the Marketing coordinator in implementing Business Development strategies and initiatives.
- Actively participate in Business Development events and Aurora Training Institute initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative and a keen interest in supporting Business Development efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently engage with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Qualifications in business administration or a related field are preferred but not essential.
