Award winning multi office agency on the Gold Coast sporting a large sales team & property management department is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their very successful business.
About the role:
As one of the Business Development Manager's, you will enjoy volume company generated leads whilst also prospecting for new landlords by utilising considerable resources available to you.
Duties include all activities that successful BDM's practice including but not limited to:
- Working closely with a large team of sales agents
- Follow up on all company generated leads
- Manage & execute marketing budget & strategies
- All prospecting activities
- Market appraisals & listings
The ideal person will be an experienced Business Development Manager with a successful track record of growing a rent roll including self lead generating activites.
In addition to experience the following are sought after attributes:

- Sense of urgency & ability to quickly build rapport
- Keen, coachable & a desire for ongoing development
