Transfreight is a leading National Freight Management Company - we are searching for experienced Business Development Managers in Brisbane Metro wanting to grow and develop their sales career.
We require enthusiastic, motivated Sales Professionals that can work independently with the motivation to become top earners.
We are a market leader with our own Freight Management system which is arguably the best in the industry. Our customers are medium to large enterprises requiring cost savings and solutions for freight, warehousing facilitation, and technology integration. Our customers are our lifeblood and we treat them as such.
As a BDM, you will be responsible for generating and establishing new customer leads and relationships, assisting in winning and maintaining these new customers long term. You will be required to actively contribute to our national customer pool where interstate travel may be required.
You will be a motivated individual required to acquire, develop and retain customers through selling our full range of solutions over the phone and face to face.
The Person:
Are you motivated, outgoing and a results driven individual ready to jump start an exciting and rewarding career in Sales?
At least two years' face to face' sales experience as a BDM and the ability to communicate with impact.
Strong proven analytical and conceptual skills.
Proven ability to develop customer contacts from cold calling and warm leads.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building first-class client relationships. Transport experience preferred but not essential.
Developed selling, influencing, preparation and negotiation skills. Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Self-motivated, open-minded and willing to learn.
