We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base through strategic Business Development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and maximising revenue.
While we all work hard, we make sure we have lots of fun doing so and we focus a lot of attention and time in making sure that our office culture remains healthy, fun and inviting to all who join!
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the property management and sales teams to ensure a seamless client experience and the achievement of business objectives.
- Identify and nurture relationships with potential clients, including property developers, investors, and other key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to leverage for Business Development opportunities.
- Ability to take initiative in sourcing and securing new clientele from different avenues, including but not limited to cold calling.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to the management team.
- Deliver proposals/appraisals to investors.
- Attend client meetings.
- Conduct open homes, processing of applications and other ad hoc administrative duties.
- Some Saturday work required
- Assist the sales team with rental appraisals.
Must have/Skills:
- Demonstrate a hunter mentality and enjoying the challenge of securing new business.
- Real estate certificate/licence.
- Minimum of two years in a similar/sales role.
- Valid Driver’s licence.
- Reliable car.
- Are enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans to drive business growth.
- Have a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
