We are looking for a exceptional candidate to fill the role of Business Development Manager within our Business Development Team.
Emeritus Research improves world health and accelerates medical advancements by expertly managing clinical trials.
The Emeritus Research Business Development Manager strategically identifies and implements key customer relationship activities, building trust at all levels of engagement to achieve the growth objectives of the company.

As part of this role you will be expected to:
- Achieve 20 contact hours a week with prospective and current clients as measured by Salesforce
- Increase the selection rate of Emeritus approved feasibilities 10% per quarter
- Provide a monthly report on studies we were not selected for including reasons, propose mitigations and successful turnarounds
- Ensure at least one study per quarter is run at Emeritus sites only
- Ensure Emeritus is granted 100% of all Phase 2 studies from FIH studies run at Veritus Research

Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience
- Excellent computers skills, experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, Canva
- Highly effective communication skills; storytelling, negotiation, conflict resolution
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally
