Your primary goal will be to ensure the overall Growth of Property Management New Business & ensure standards are consistently met, & exceed both the business & customer expectations.
The Role:
- Manage pre-existing relationships with their clients who provide a constant flow of new business.
- Lead by example, push for new business yourself, lead call sessions for the team
- Build relationships with new property clients to increase pipeline
- Motivate, train & push the team
- Ensure KPI’s are met across Leasing & New Business
- Managing new business leads
- Overseeing all new management sign up & documentation is completed accurately
- Investigate and manage escalated issues
- Ensuring new managements are onboarded into portfolio correctly
- Work amongst the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth
