Our client is a Queensland based, privately owned, supplier and manufacturer of branded merchandise and apparel sold through a national network of over 3,000 distributors. They have been growing strongly over the last several years and pride themselves on innovation, quality and selling market-leading brands.
We are looking to attract a high calibre individual who thrives on developing customer relationships to grow accounts and who wants to join a committed and energetic team.
The role is responsible for the following duties:
- Becoming a product matter expert
- Existing clients - developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our distributors; proactively planning and executing activities that assist our distributors to win business
- Company team - developing and maintaining close and collaborative relationships with our in-house team which includes customer facing, production and logistics departments
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and personal attributes:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive and customer-centric approach with a strong work ethic
- Ability to travel interstate as required
