The Role:
As the Business Development Manager Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing relationships with high value clients, specially focusing on key Pharmacy banner customers. You'll be responsible for implementing business strategies, identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
This role involves developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and secure profitable business.
Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Manager – Pharmacy, your main responsibilities will include:
Translating Sales Action Plans (SAP) into customer-specific plans and executing sales activities to achieve financial goals.
Effectively managing assigned banner groups through disciplined sales practices.
Identifying and developing revenue models, sales channels, pricing, and NPD strategies.
Researching market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends to provide insights for customer and business growth.
Establishing and maintaining networks/contacts within the Pharmacy channel and our key categories.
Supplying analytics of sales/customer data and reporting statistics for future growth projects.
Developing comprehensive business plans in collaboration with key accounts to drive business retention and growth.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Experience and/or formal qualifications relevant to our core business areas.
Solid commercial acumen and the ability to manage, report, and develop contracts and business agreements.
Proven record of sustainable and profitable sales delivery in the health and medical industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and demonstrated effectiveness using CRM systems.
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the entire business.
Established banner relationships at senior levels.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills; fluent in English.
Current Driver’s License.
