The Opportunity:
As part of our Asset Management Division of La Trobe Financial, your primary responsibility will be to provide front line support and relationship management for our high-net-worth Financial Advisers and Planners. You will represent La Trobe Financial in a professional, friendly manner and demonstrate La Trobe Financials corporate values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for outbound communication with Financial Advisers to arrange appointments/follow up meetings
- Activating leads to Financial Planners, Dealer Groups and Platforms
- Achieving sales targets, generating activity and managing relationships with key financial planning groups
- Database management
- Weekly Reporting to National Distribution Manager
- Attending Business Development Events – PD Days, Conferences etc
- Effectively and regularly communicate with Financial Planners, Dealer Group & Platform Representatives
- Ability to travel interstate as required for divisional workshops, presentations, PD Days and Conferences
- Represent La Trobe Financial in a professional manner and demonstrate La Trobe Financial's corporate values at all times
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, preferably business, commerce or finance.
- 5+ years sales experience in asset management, financial planning industry or similar field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Superior customer service skills
