The Role: As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, playing a crucial role in expanding our presence in grocery stores across Melbourne. Your main responsibility will be to introduce our range of Coffee Products to potential clients, negotiate placements, and manage ongoing relationships to ensure our products remain top of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit grocery stores within the Melbourne area to pitch and sell our Coffee Products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing retail partners.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our brand in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including product education and training to retail staff.
- Gather feedback from clients and consumers to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote our Coffee Products.
- Report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
About You:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within coffee or the FMCG sector.
- Passionate about coffee with a keen interest in the coffee industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, as this role requires travel within the Melbourne region.
