Your New Role:
Our Home Health platform is a leading integrated healthcare business delivering in home clinical care and services that meet the needs of the wider community. As our Business Development Manager - Mental Health, you will lead the generation of new business opportunities, develop proposals and external partnerships in line with our ambition to expand our current Mental Health products and services across both virtual and community settings.
You will work with Home Health colleagues to grow an existing referral base for key Mental Health products and services whilst also identifying and establishing partnerships with relevant stakeholders in the Mental Health field, including healthcare providers, community organisations, and government. You will be responsible to develop and execute a comprehensive Business Development strategy aligned with Home Health's ambition to grow its Mental Health product and services offering across B2B, B2C and B2G.
This is a full-time opportunity and can be based within NSW, VIC or QLD where you will have flexibility to work a hybrid working model.
About you:
- Proven track record in commercialising strategies and effectively bringing new initiatives to the market, especially in the health/ Mental Health field
- Strong sales-focused mindset with experience in building and nurturing business relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to lead, inspire and guide a team, fostering collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with the healthcare and/or aged care sector, including its challenges, trends and opportunities
